      You need to use a mod like additem menu or console commands. They are not added anywhere and have no crafting recipe. Might update it later to fix that if I have time.

      open the console command menu using "  ~  " in the upper left corner of your keyboard and type: help (spacebar) angel (spacebar) 4 and then hit enter on your keyboard. 
      
      then using the "pg up" and/or "pg dn" keys on the right side of your keyboard scroll until you find it. then type: player.additem (insert command code of whatever the angel wings are) and then hit the space-bar and then "1" then finally press enter.

   Nice wings, however it would be nice if they were closer to the back, I have a big gap between the character and the wings.

      I used the original meshes. I just modified the colors. Guessing the original mod author wanted to leave some room for gear on the back. I might look into making a alternate version with an modified mesh when I have some time.
