    I guess i'm unable to use this mod since i don't have any saves from before purchasing all decorations?
    I tried so many things but since i've already bought the secret room cleanup there's no way of the button to show up...

      This is why you install all of your mods and THEN start a playthrough, instead of trying to install them part way through...

    I've used this mod a bunch in the past.  It's my favorite player home.  With my new AE playthrough, I ran into problems.  Once I get the home and activate it with the button, my game gets unstable.  It usually crashes after I sleep or once I fast travel after securing the house.  Any thoughts on what might be the problem?

      Is it crashing while you are in the house, or after you've left? If in the house - is it any particular room?

      I haven't played since before the AE update but I did get a comment on my Cliffside Cottage mod that the Saints & Seducers Creation Club mod was causing crashes in the basement, although I have no idea what might have been causing that.

      Whether this is a consequence of using it with AE (I'm on 1.6.1170, for reference), I have no idea, nor do I have any idea how to fix these warnings.

    It's not compatible with Open Cities. Entering Hjerim from the original Windhelm shows the modded Hjerim, but not from the Open Cities Windhelm.

    trying this with latest skyrim update and the mod no player homes requirements , and it works fine . Exept the paintings for hjerim mod that doesn't  seen to work

    is there some unknown requirement? I completed the quest and talked to the Steward who paid me. Quest was completed but I cant buy the house.. why is that?

      That's not the only requirement for the house. You have to become Thane of Windhelm and to do this, you have to either complete the entire Imperial Side of the Civil War, or complete the quest "Rescue From Fort Neugrad" for the Stormcloaks.

        Great mod, thank you so much.  Had already bought the house, became thane before adding your mod.  Mod worked great.  
    Even cleared up a glitch in had encountered.  Even though I had the house cleaned when I bought it, most of the stuff was still there.  Even reloaded a save from before buying.  Now after I installed your mod, went inside hit the button and exited. Going back inside the stuff that wasn't cleaned was gone, Yeah!
       Also for the first time I encountered the Hjeirm bug that crashes the game after completing Blood on Ice. Tried several things and finally just used "complete quest" console command before starting the quest. Also used Neutral Hjeirm mod. 
    Again great mod, thank you so much.

    Thank you for this mod, everything worked fine even with purchased furniture etc. Clean cozy space with thought-out much needed storage, kept atmosphere and not cluttered with nonsensical stuff like other mods do. Love it.

    Hi, i tested it and all works, but its not lore friendly
    Why?
    - Because after uninstall i can not go inside hjerim, because there is no door to open ;/
    I do not have any other mod that will change hjerim.

      that's foolish. it's rarely a good idea to uninstall mods, especially scripted ones, on existing saves.

      1. That doesn't make it not Lore-Friendly.
      2. Never uninstall mods during a playthrough unless stated it is safe to do so, or they are simply texture replacers.

      This one is on you man.

    I completed the quest Blood on the Ice bought the home, cleaned the mess only, went inside pressed the button and went outside.... When i went back in the house is empty except for a single chest that you had to investigate any fix for this? I tried everything i can think of.

      Try putting this mod at the bottom of your load order and let me know if that fixes the issue.

    i downloaded the mod, placed in above open cities mod. i have purchased the house from the steward after i completed the quest blood on the ice and cleaned the mess (didn't purchase anything else) and when i go to the house it is foggy, i press the button, go outside and go back inside, nothing happened, it is still foggy, full of cobwebs and empty. please help, i am not an experienced modder what so ever
