Currently nowhere. It's the Doomhammer from Johhns Doomhammer Mod for Skyrim LE, we're still all eagerly hoping for a port to SE - would do it myself but that one isnt just a standalone weapon mod, but includes a worldspace etc. so not simply porting on that one sadly.
Ordinator adds a lot of things when it comes to shields: skills to bash and knock down enemies, or elemental resistance, amongst other things. Then, there is summermyst and its special enchantments. Somehow, this almost makes me feel excited. Looks like i will have to suffer a lot with this massive Skyrim install i am trying, but at least, i want to try and edit this superb shield to fit in my load order. I am looking for the battle-hardened battle cleric/paladin type of female character, and this shield comes in handy. So maybe, i will try to modify its enchantments, make it slightly smaller so as to not look ridiculous on my character, and hand place it in the world. It will fit great with a full plate armor and a cloak of Mara. Although i struggle with navigating the game world in the creation kit.
With the armor I am playing there is a lot of clipping because of the size of the shield. I know, the shield is amazing, however I thinking in get a smaller one and keep the enchantment.
All you need is SSEEdit, load up the mod (on its own) open up the Armor tree on the left panel, find "ArmorLionheart", scroll down the right panel and find "MagicDisallowEnchanting", right click and press "remove". Close the program and it will ask you to save. Done!
which one is the LE version? i just downloaded the file on vortext and everytime i enable the plugin skyrim wont load, i disable it and it loads, there is a flag by the plugin that says it is designed for a different game
For Skyrim SE, you want to download the mod from this page. It's easy to get confused, but there is nothing in either file that would prevent your game from loading other than using the wrong version for your game.

I was wondering, is there any you could release a non-enchanted version since I like to keep the game hardcore ? Or maybe there's a way I could do that myself with the Creation Kit ?
I gave it a shot yesterday, I did find the option to remove the enchantment but removing the bash effect was more tricky. I managed to do it too in the end :)
