I suggest you put a prominent warning on the mod description page: this mod has a high chance of crashing your game, and you won't be able to access the game even if you uninstall it as required. Or maybe you've found the reason why this mod is causing people to not be able to get into the game.
DONT INSTALL THIS, manually installed like it said and skse64 wont even load properly now. going to try and fix but hopefully I don't need to reinstall the game.
Not sure if a weather mod is making it act odd or what but when it gets foggy out i literally cant see 2 feet in front of me because of how this makes fog almost look thicker i do not have any fog mods even disabling fog seems to barely help not a complaint just curious if anyone else has had this issue I am probably going to disable my weather mod to see if it is creating extra fog or something.
