There's a test build of DIAL in the Cistern Discord linked on the original mod's page that uses Skypatcher which makes all manual patching unnecessary. I'd highly suggest trying that first. If that's not working for anyone I can patch more house mods, but as it looks like Skypatcher is working to implement DIAL records there will soon be no need for this or any other patch.
