      Yes, all that addon does is define a bunch of "outfits" for NPCs by making lists of names of "wear this stuff." - it doesn't actually change or update anything about the armors themselves. Won't matter where they are in load order either. Of note, NPCs that get this "delivery" of new stuff should therefore also have the updated armor same as the player.
      
      SPID seems popular? New to Skyrim believe it or not lol. I should probably mention it on the main page.

   Thank you! The glass swap for light armor makes so much more sense.
