    I might be stupid, though do I need ( besides AE and the DLC's) anything else besides this mod ?  do I have to create everything first for the house ?

      Never mind, in the old mod page I saw a comment that you should not build anything there. 
      It works like a train with nothing build there and the house and rooms look fantaastic , this is a job well done !
