Hokay. It's amazing what you can find in the cellar, sometimes. XD Thanks for letting me know, but I can't really do anything, because after some searching I found out that this Carmella is a necromancer and hangs out at the altar that I repositioned. If you know how to move her in CK, maybe you could place her further away, at the altar? But then again, maybe you don't mind a necromancer in the cellar. 🤭
I added the AE survival as a master so that I could put the "heat source" marker around the house and the forge. That is really all it is for. You don't need it and you wouldn't even need it on AE if you chose to play without the survival mode.
But I don't know how the game reacts to a missing master. I have seen other mod authors tell people to just ignore it.
If you would like to try and see what happens, make a save before playing with Sunny Cottage, go to your save folder and copy the save, put the copy somewhere safe and try to play the game with the mod. If nothing happens, it was safe. If you get a CTD, just get rid of the mod. That should fix it. If it doesn't, throw away the save you played on, and replace it with the clean copy you made before installing Sunny Cottage.
They should be. They are all labeled "no reset zone" and the house requires a key to enter, so unles I have forgotten something, all your stuff should be safe inside.
Sadly no, and I don't know how to make a patch. :( But technically the house is outside, so maybe it could be possible to make fire indoors? Not very immersive but possibly effective.
