All should work, cannot find Windhelm water source (has no Wells in vanilla). Edmond told me is already prepared for JK windhelm( SR Exterior fomod has already a patch for it) so by all means this should already work if you have JK Windhelm, just make sure this patch loads after and you are good to go.
