This Mod is for the Monster Hunters. The Lore Lovers. The Collectors.
BACKGROUND
In 2016 I started work on Monster Mod SE.
I worked to maintain the original Monster mod from 2013.
For older fans, you know it was a long road to stability of the old mod. With SE stable and true to the original, it's time...
To Bring Monster Mod into 2025.
Did you ever feel Skyrim didn't live up to that?
🔹 Monster Mod brings new creatures to Skyrim, fully integrated into levelled lists to create a more diverse and challenging experience.
🔹 As you level, even deadlier creatures will emerge keeping you on your toes.
🔹 New creature drops, including weapons and alchemy ingredients.
Monster Mod enhances Skyrim’s ecosystem, broken into three major categories:
🔹 Diversity
Monster Mod adds countless new variations to the Monsters of Skyrim to combat the feeling or repetition the vanilla game had. It does this by adding new variations to standard creatures.
🔹 Re-Birth of Lore Creatures
This mod aims to bring back many of the creatures from previous Elder Scrolls titles and the lore.
This is now fixed with this mod by adding classics such as Scamps, Durzogs, Daedroths, Daedra Spiders and their variants.
🔹 Creation
Adding in more unique and interesting creatures to Skyrim still while keeping the feel of the base game. This is where the creation of entirely new monsters comes in. The new Monsters do not feel out of place and while they are technically lore breaking they still fit and don't break immersion. You'll feel like they were meant to be there from the start.
The new monsters will also provide items, weapons and alchemic ingredients, giving more reason to hunt these beasts down!

Optimized & cleaned - All textured have been compressed and optimized to save you space and run on lower hardware.
VR-Ready version - A non-cc version for AE/VR players without the CC content.
AE-supported, utilizing Rare Curios and more soon to integrate loot and other improvements.
Summonable daedra with custom spell tomes (Thanks to 4thUknown).
SkyPatcher being utilized for future synergy with world edits, load orders and mod compatibility.
Rebalanced difficulty - Tweaks to creatures stats.
Redefined encounter zones to make the world feel more alive

As some of you may know, this was a mod back in 2013 on the Skyrim Nexus.
It was a re-loaded version of the 'Monster Mod' by Dogtown1. Ironman5000 was responsible for this.
Over time many open resources were added and lots of people contributed to the mod.
This mod is not to be confused with the original 'Monster Mod v13'. That is still being worked on by the developer.
I have re-loaded, reworked and recreated this mod, similar to ironman5000's work.
