The Hepsy clothes are in a barrel called "Basic Wears Barrel." Here's how to get them: 1. Go to someplace where you can safely leave a barrel of clothing. Obviously a Player Home would be best. The barrel can't be moved after you spawn it, so stand facing a corner or some other spot where it won't be in the way. Be sure to leave a bit of room in front of you lest your new clothes spawn inside a wall.
2. Open the console and enter help basic. You will see a line that says "Basic Wears Barrel" preceded by its 8-character FormID. In my game it's 69000dd0, but in your game the first two digits will almost certainly be different because they represent the Hex Index (load order number) of the Hepsy Basic Wear plugin in your game.
3. Once you have the FormID, enter player.placeatme 69000dd0 but replace my 69 with the first two characters in your game that you got in Step 2. When you close the console, the barrel will be at your feet.
4. The barrel is like any Skyrim container- Click on it and "loot" whatever you like.
5. Individual clothing items can also be added to your inventory by entering help <ItemName> surrounding the item name with quotes if there is a space in it. For example, help "Tee 1" displays the FormIDs of all 4 variants of Tee 1. Then enter player.additem <FormID> <quantity> to spawn it/them into your inventory. For example, to put 2 copies of Tee 1-2 into your inventory, you would enter player.additem 69000da8 2, replacing my 69 plugin hex index with yours.
To dress a unique (named) NPC in Hepsy (or any other) clothes: 1. Get the FormID of the item you want her to wear as described in Step 5 above
2. Get the NPC's RefID. NOTE: the "help <NPC Name>" command returns the NPC's BaseID, which will not work. a) Stand in front of the NPC in first-person view, open the console and click on the NPC- her RefID will pop up in the middle of your screen. OR b) Look up her RefID on UESP
3a. Target the NPC (or skip to Step 4b) a) Stand close to her in first-person view, open the console and click on her. OR b)Use the prid <RefID> command to target her whether she is nearby or far away. For example, to target Lydia you would enter prid a2c94.
4a. With the NPC targeted, enter equipitem <FormID> 1. For example, to force-equip Hepsy's Jeans 1-2 (the blue peg-leg jeans) on Lydia, enter equipitem 69000dc8 1, making sure to replace my 69 with your Hepsy plugin's hex index. OR 4b. You can bypass the need to target the NPC if you know her RefID and the FormID of the item- use the syntax <RefID>.equipitem <FormID> 1. For example, to force-equip Hepsy's Jeans 1-2 on Lydia, enter a2c94.equipitem 69000dc8 1, making sure to replace my 69 with your Hepsy plugin's hex index.
The equipitem command spawns a fresh copy of the item directly onto the NPC, so you don't have to own it beforehand. Also, the "1" after the FormID in the equipitem command is not a quantity, nor is it listed as part of the syntax for that command- it has been suggested that it may have an undocumented effect as a toggle to make the force-equipped item persistent instead of NPCs reverting to their standard outfits every time they change cells. My experience with it is mixed, but since it doesn't hurt anything I still use it.
Now, armed with this powerful knowledge, go dress Jarl Balgruf in some sexy Hepsy hot pants and upload the pics here!
January 18, 2018- Version 1.1 released, fixed some minor clipping between long-tail tops and jeans. Also standardized the partition-reference index in all tops due to some of them being 0-1 and others being 1-0, which made it more difficult to troubleshoot the recent texture-swap issue. Install over the top of version 1.0 to fix these issues.
January 19, 2018: Optional Hepsy Wear Recolor #1 published! Adds 2 pairs of darker-black jeans and 1 pair of darker-black hot pants by request. Requires main file but does not overwrite anything in main file so install normally as you would any other mod, then sort your load order with LOOT because the main mod is a Master of this tiny modlet.
WarlandWriter reported some shirt-tail clipping when the Tees are worn with the jeans. I don't use the UNPB body and it wasn't clipping in my game as you can see from the images above of me wearing them in my game. However, after shirt-tail clipping was reported, I built a UNPB body for testing and saw the clipping, so I fixed it and uploaded an optional file containing only the 8 Tee Shirt meshes- they don't clip any more on the jeans. The new file requires the main mod to be installed first, then install the optional Tee meshes normally and overwrite. Kudos to WarlandWriter for catching this.
I confirmed that it says it was posted by SunJeong, then I d/l it and checked the meshes- the bodies appear to be CBBE, and physics bones are present. The download also includes Bodyslide files and a FOMOD, together with some additional copies of the files apparently for the Dolls mods.
link in description is still here, might want to remove that too.
any chance youll do a cbbe version, or at least one with physics? i thought this might be good as a replacement for the mage robes (the college is the one place where id actually buy that they have clothes like this) but obviously, that doesnt work if i dont have physics, which i dont want to get really. xpmsse has been a little bit crashy for me lately.
 Done. Thanks for seeing that. Nope. No hablo cbbe. You might want to contact SunJeong, the author of the CBBE conversion that was briefly hosted here, and then moved elsewhere on the SSE Nexus. She has her own website, you can Google her up easily. Huh? I can't tell if you think these outfits don't support Body Physics (not true, they do) or if it's just an anti-physics rant. Either way, I have to just say "mmkayyyy...." :D Please don't blame your game crashes on perfectly stable and non-crashy mods. There is nothing unstable ("crashy") about XPMSSE- I'm using it alongside ~300 other mods and it is rock-solid. You may have a game instability that XPMSSE is exposing, but there is nothing inherently crashy about the mod itself. The biggest (and only afaik) issue with the XP32 skeleton mod is that ppl select the wrong installation options or fail to tick the Skeleton Arm Fix and/or Gender-specific animations patches in FNIS after installing it. In both cases, re-installing XPMSSE (correctly, of course  ) fixes it.
I also uploaded some other "lore unfriendly" clothes- I don't have time to get the links right now, but click on my name to go to my profile, then click on Content/Files to find my uploaded mods.
I'm just circling back to tell you how much I enjoy having this mod in my load order.
I used it for years on OLDRIM. I was thrilled to discover that you ported it to NEWRIM, when I finally came over to the 64-bit version of this wonderful game.
I've been running this mod for about a year or so -- and loving the heck out of it. This is still my go-to for jeans and tanks. <thumb's up>
Hi pretty nice convertion I was about to conver it myself but I search it first just to get with your execelent work, just a small thing, where is the original black tanktop thats the one I always wear in oldrim and in RL XD
I don't know! I didn't even know it existed until you brought it up! I have just spent the past 2 hours poring through the REALLY old UNPCM original files (I believe they're from Oblivion), then the newer Oldrim UNPB conversion by Robson which was the basis for my SSE conversion, and finally my conversion (this mod as released). In all 3 cases, the plugins use texture swaps on Tanks 2, 3 and 4 and supposedly, Tank 2 is black!!! I opened the actual diffuse Texture pointed to by the plugins (all 3 of them) and it is black!!!!!
However, in my game, Tank 2 is a nice shade of Burgundy. I simply don't understand how this is even possible since I personally looked at the texture and it is definitely a shade of off-black, nothing at all like Burgundy, but clearly, it is happening and I don't know why.
I have to quit for tonight (my eyeballs are bleeding) but I will keep pounding this sand until I get to the bottom of it. Once I figure out HOW/WHY it is happening, it will be easy enough to fix. I'll just introduce the black color as a 5th variant ("Tank Top 5").
Thanks for bringing this up- I can't believe this port has been released for over 2 years and the missing black tank is only now coming up!
Is the girl in the pics the same body style and size that the clothes will be on my character? Also, if you get bored sometime and wanted to update this to newrim, I would love you forever! Modern clothes for guys would be excellent to have https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/3879-modern-clothes-unpsos/
Same body type (UUNP) but not necessarily the exact same shape- I use a custom UUNP preset I made by modifying the UNPB shape, which is what these clothes fit by default. It will be slightly different than what you see in my screenshots but not especially noticeable if your default body is anywhere close to UNPB. If, on the other hand, you're using UNP-Slim or Pushup, then yes, there will be a big difference when you put on these items.
The best thing to do is just build them to your preset in Bodyslide.
Oh ok. I was just wondering because I havent been able to get these to show up in bodyslide, not in this mod, or the CBBE version. I use a slim body type, and was just wondering if my character would suddenly become super voluptuous when she put these on. :)
Can you (if it's not to much effort) make this mod available for "normal" skyrim? (so for non special edition) and create / make however that goes bodyslide files for UUNP (or just regular UNP would be good enough imo)? Because these outfits are what I've been looking for for so long! (they look amazing!)
Sorry, I can't because I haven't played Oldricm in a really long time and I'm not interested in publishing a conversion I can no longer support. However, it is still available for Oldrim as a Google search would have shown you. The best link still available is Halo's UNPCM version for Oldrim.
LOL! As it happens, I've been reading up on how to convert Oldrim/SSE armor to FO4.
That said, "my" Skyrim (SSE) looks fine with contemporary clothing- ever since Serana and I found that undiscovered Dwemer Ruin called "Szkrets of Viktoriaz."

Found this in under 30 seconds via Google- downloaded it and confirmed it is CBBE, with physics bones.
Hepsy Basic Clothing CBBE on Schaken Mods?
My current playthrough: A very, very confused (but now happy) Sim character. :D

Oh, wait- were you talking about converting these outfits to Fallout 4? My bad. Have at it- just spell our names right in the credits.

Surely, you're not insinuating I just made it all up to justify my warped "every day is casual Friday" vision of Skyrim Lore...
