I really liked this MODs, great work! I would really like other similar MODs in two very deserted places: SOLSTHEIM and FORGOTTESN VALE. I hope to see new MODs from you soon. Best Regards!
I have read the book walked around town, but no one ever gives me a note or starts the quest. What am I missing. Are there any requirements? Not mentioned in the description but you need to kill first Dragon and become Dragonborn for quest to start. What happens when You play as a non-DB? Nothing it's just a nice town, sad. oh well no house unless you just add the key. Noticed Quest requirement in the bug section.
I love the changes to the player home! It really makes for a great location with all of the amenities nearby. I will like to note a couple of items for your consideration. 1. The line of weapon racks on the same wall as the training dummy. The leftmost activator is rotated backwards (facing away from the rack) I 180'd the activator and it works fine. 2. The two wall weapon plagues in the anti-room before entering the basement are still a bit to close to the wall barrier. This makes removing a weapon only possible with TCL. I did move the plagues (saw the double-up for thickness) away from the wall and added key peg holders (two each) with only the pegs through the wall. This gave the semblance of wall connection.
Is there a possibility to get a patch for RS-Children or a compatibility? I know that there are now mods where the RS chidren are automatically included. I can't remember which mod it was. I asked and the developer said that RS-Children is automatically included. I'm sorry I don't know which mod it was, then you could have asked how to do it without a patch.
I notice the blacksmith and magic shop owner have the option to provide training, but when you select the option to train, they just tell you that you have already exceeded them in skill. My character has a blacksmithing level of 28 and even the lowest skilled trainer should at least be able to train a character up to 50.
I have this same issue but with all the trainers in the game. I’m not sure what’s up. I’ve not touched the trainers in a long time. They worked. Now they don’t. So I’m not sure if it’s the mod or the game since no trainers are working for me at all.
i will be looking into it for the next granite hill update. I’d also like to add Alex or his wife as a trainer in alchemy.
I'm having the same problem now as well. Strangely enough, it seems to only be certain trainers. Speech, Alteration, and Destruction, trainers are borked, but Conjuration trainers seem to work fine.
I tried uninstalling your mod, but the problem still persists it seems.
Do you mind posting your load order? I'm trying to test if it could be some mod I recently downloaded and seeing yours may help me narrow it down.
EDIT: Okay so what I discovered via my testing is that all of the mod added trainers are designated as common and therefore do not work. But Vanilla trainers are designed as 'expert' trainers and do work. Even trainers that were considered "common" in Vanilla Skyrim seem to be automatically considered expert trainers in my game for some reason.
Gonna see if I can narrow down what's causing this issue
I love the updated player home! But I'm confused. When I saw the "player chest" upstairs I decided to check on all the rest of the storage containers - and except for the big chest in the downstairs they say that they are NOT safe containers. (Edit: the barrels are ok, it's the wardrobes and that sort of furniture that aren't.)
Am I missing something? Do I need to do something beyond fetching the key to verify ownership?
Not sure what you mean. None are set to respawn and the interior cell is set to no respawn. Ownership I have set to playerfaction. I'll look into it and see if I can get that error. I"ve been using this version of the mod for a few days. About 2 weeks and no issues with storage.
Thanks - I just clicked on them with More Informative Console and it says "Safe Container: No" But it makes sense that you can set ownership for the whole cell. It's been since before the game was thought of that I made a house mod :D I'll stop worrying about it! (It probably is the same thing everywhere else, too, and I've never looked)
Thanks for addressing my paranoia, anyway - and my gosh I love the house!
Yeah I set them all up correctly but having console saying they're not safe isn't really fun. I'll take a look at it and see what I have to do to get more informative console to display correctly with them. I have a couple more updates I want for Granite Hill and I'll hope to include this for you in one of those updates.
Love your mods Skyking but am confused why this is listed as a requirement https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/110990 thanks for all your hard work
This is listed as requiring this mod in the requirements section of skyking granite hill, just confused as to why, no big deal BIG FIXES - Schlitzohr's Cities and Villages Parallax

Keep up the awesome work!
Nope.
