This is the final update to my NPC replacer collection, previously published on Nexus and only available privately until today. The NPCs in this collection were carefully selected based on their role in the game - minor or major characters are both represented here, including well-known favorites like Aela, Serana, Valerica and others.
- Utilizes your installed body meshes - CBBE, 3BA, UNP, BHUNP are all supported.
- Blends the line between "super model," and "vanilla plus". Some are clean & made-up, others are average-looking with little makeup at all.
- Each NPC has visual skin attributes aligning with their role in the game, thanks to the options provided in Novelyst's superb Reverie skin mod. Miners are rough, dirty and muscular, as are Orcs. City-dwellers have full make-up and look their best, vampires have a certain gothic look, etc.
- A modular installation, allowing you to mix-and-match these with other replacer mods for a more realistic-looking population in Skyrim.

- Install the asset pack for the body mod you use. CBBE, 3BA, UNP and BHUNP are supported. The Asset Packs use a unique file structure to avoid conflicts with other replacer packs and can be placed anywhere in your load order.
- Install the main mod and choose your NPCs from the FOMOD. There are 100 NPCs to individually select from. If you already have my collection in your load order and have them activated, the FOMOD will auto-check those that are already installed. (Note: If you have Collection 3 installed already, perform an upgrade as I've corrected a couple of outfit mistakes in this version).
- If you're using any mod that touches the Non-Player Character record (e.g. AI Overhaul, Racial Skin Variance), you may need to create a patch after installation.
Q: What are the outfits used in the gallery?
A: I didn't record what outfits I used and there are too many to list. Some notables are RussianBear, Harry 2135, Ashtoreth, Deze, EGIL, ELLE, Obi and Re-Modernize, along with many, many other equally-fantastic outfits from Nexus and Patreon.
Q: Can I have these as presets or standalone followers?
A: My designs are exclusive to the characters I create them for.
Q: Can you make an All-In-One (AIO)? Please? Pretty please?
A: I built a private AIO for my own use that is not available to the general public. Collection/Wabbajack list authors: Feel free to reach out over PM.
Q: <Insert witty/edgy comment about my design choices>
A: I spent months making these for my own game, and I share them here freely. If you don't like them, make your own.
Q: I have problems with blackface, neck seams/gaps, etc.. can you help?
A: You have a conflict somewhere with the .esp's and your load order. Investigate using xedit and either create a patch or move the esp(s) in your load order as necessary to resolve it. This collection has been extensively tested in multiple builds of Skyrim SE, including 1.5.97 and .1170. Placed & patched properly in the load order, this mod works as expected. You also might have a corrupted download from Nexus - it happens.
Q: Your NPCs don't look the same in my game as in your screenshots. Why?
A: Numerous factors will impact how NPCs look, including lighting, ENB/Community Shader settings and weather mods used. I used Pi-CHO & NAT III with Nolvus ReShade in the gallery shots.
