I use an older Custom Skills Framework version, since I'm on 1.6.1130, and Custom Skills Menu, and I couldn't get it to work with Line and Lure. So I decided to make a patch. If you can't make this perk menu to show up, this is the solution!
- Main mod needed.
- It's just a folder with a .txt file in it.
