The ground textures flicker and the planters that are used as decoration Personally I would make functional. Wouldn't ind if it was a bit bigger tho, But I do Like this and am grateful you made this
Update: Attempting navmesh this is a nightmare as so many things get in the way and you cannot connect it all you are forced to do it in sections which I believe is not a good thing. now to modding so not to sure on this
You will need to build your home or whatever you want using the SSE CK to do it, all this is, is a blank area located with in Whiterun on which to build whatever you want. I created this area because there are many mods out there that edit Breezehome or make a new house outside of a city. Both of which I do not like much. I figured that no one has any new places to build their home inside Whiterun, so I went ahead and laid the groundwork for them to build their new buildings on.
I may extend Whiterun so more in future updates of this mod so that Whiterun can become a busy city filled with new houses, shops, tavern and all... This is just the first phase. I am trying to learn how to use CK because I have plans on making a brand new world down the road.
