It has been tried. It did not go all that well. Inigo has a very emotional voice, so if you ignore that, and train an AI on a mashup of all of his lines, you often have each syllable in the AI speech having a different emotional expression to it. It sounds nuts. I am sure it could be improved from there, but it would take a LOT of work, or creating separate voice profiles for each emotional state. If you still want to try, I can pass on your request to Gary, though I can't tell you what his response will be, other than slow. (He is really swamped at work right now.)
