Same here. No voice, only text. Maybe it was the translation, so I deactivate it, but no.
I try to reinstall, no effect. Reinstall but with the manual mod in MO2, nothing too and inigo.bsa was here. I check with manual download if the files was different between what MO2 install and what I have on manual DL, same bits.
    Somebody help? T.T

"No voice only text" still means there's something wrong with your BSA file. Either it doesn't exist, is in the wrong location, or was a bad download (corrupted file). It's very difficult to troubleshoot file integrity issues via a forum, but understand that the BSA file is the cause and you'll need to take a closer look. Consider manually deleting all traces of the mod and its downloads, make sure you aren't re-using old downloads (MO2 can stack them confusingly in its downloads tab), and re-download the mod from scratch before reinstalling it.

I'm not sure what I did wrong. I'm new to PC modding and probably screwed something up, bit when I go to bust Inigo out of jail I get no voice from him. The text shows up, moves kinda fast, and I can keep "talking" to him. Just no voice. Any help is appreciated.

Make sure that all the parts of the mod were unpacked to the correct location.  There is an Inigo.esp, and Inigo.bsa, and an Inigo.bsl.  It is the Inigo.bsa that contains all of the voice files.  You may need to redownload and reinstall, if you can't sort that out.
