Updated, I have removed anything to do with shadowmane and completed the brotherhood questline but there is still no dialog for inigo to have it even when I have been riding him and bummed into inigo a few times or just started at him on the horse unlike lucien who comments but he has a horse of his own.

Hello, I have a bit of a problem where Inago won't take shadowmane and has no dialog for it even when I finish the main quest of the dark brotherhood and I have given him before just seeing if it's something other than the mod I put on, I have better shadowmane on thanks.

With that quest, it is possible to have the long term use of Shadowmere, but not to actually own him depending on your choices and how the game works.  If you don't own the horse, you can't give him to Inigo.  You can just use the console to set ownership on the horse to you and then wait a minute, and try with Inigo again.  If that is the problem, that should resolve it.  I take it you can give Inigo a vanilla stable horse without problems?

Sorry it took a few days to respond.  Life is complicated.

      Edit:
Open console (~), select Shadowmere with the mouse, type:
      setownership
      hit enter, and exit console.

I've been doing the Inigo Questline during my most recent playthrough, but when it's time to follow him to the shack up in the mountains, Inigo won't do anything and i'm not able to interact with the door without him. What should i do?

I had the same issue before.  Do you have other followers with you?  I remember one time I got it working properly when I dismissed or told other followers to wait somewhere.
Do you have the Inigo - Bloodchill Manor patch?

This is the first time I've seen this happen, and was wondering if anyone ever came across this. Inigo doesn't change his outfit to casual wear when relaxing anymore, not even removing his gauntlets or helmets (which he usually does if he doesn't have casual wears). If I use console command to disable-enable him while he's relaxing, he will reappear, switched into his casual wear. However, if I tell him to follow me again and then to relax once more, the same bug will appear.

Every other AI-related feature seems to be working fine, such as aggression, combat style, follow distance, etc.

My current save game has been going for a long time, so it could simply be a big save game causing shenanigans with scripts, but I wanted to do one last attempt to fix this before possibly starting a new playthrough. I'll appreciate any help I can get.

Note: I use NFF but have never used it on him. I even gave him the NFF token as a safety measure, to make sure the mod never gets ahold of him. I am using Serana Dialogue Add-On however, which does "grab" Inigo sometimes to have banters between the two. I am not sure that can cause this issue, however.

We have not had any reports of problems from Serana Dialogue Add-On so far, so that is likely not the culprit.  However, there are lots of other mods that you would not think would have anything to do with followers that can grab them.  You should have him relax, and while he is in the glitched state, use the 'sv' command on him to see what else might have a hold of him.  I will copy the directions in full below, though I am sure you have seen them before.  If it isn't that, yes, random game bugs getting baked into your save can cause problems like that, particularly the longer that save goes on.  Go back to a much earlier save and test to see if the problem occurs there as well, or not.  Then work your way forward to see when the last save without the problem was.  If you are lucky, it might not have been too long ago.  If all your older saves now have that problem even though you didn't see it at the time, then it is something in your load order causing it.

      +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Open the console (~), select Inigo with the mouse and type:

      sv

Then hit enter. The sv command should show if Inigo has been nabbed as an alias for another mod. You'll probably need to use the page up (and page down) keys to see all the info. The quests with aliases from the Inigo mod should all have 'Inigo' in them. If there are others listed there take note of them, and list them here (or take screenshots of everything and link to them), and I will take a look at them. It may be a mod that has a built in way to fix the problem.  (If you want to be able to see more of the page at a time, More Informative Console is very useful for that, among other things, and will allow you to see more of the behind the scenes information.  I will post the link, in case you want to use it, but it is not required.)

Edit:  Oh, and as you should also know by now, most tech support is done from the main comments.  Far fewer people will see your posts back here in the forums.  (I know, I know, a lot of other mods don't want you posting questions in the comments.)  I am the only one who gets an alert to such posts here, and given my current health, posting things in the main comments in the future is more likely to get you help.

Thanks Eolhin! I'll take note of what you've given me to diagnose the issue and see what cause the issue. I'll also use the main comments section for that in the future! Wishing you the best with your health too<3

I'm also using Serana Dialogue Add-On.  Will make note of any issues I find.

I'll keep an eye out for further issues, but without doing any changes, Inigo "fixed" himself in my recent gaming time. I believe it's just some Skyrim shenanigans then!
