Fixes an issue with the individual Unofficial Skyrim Creation Club Content Patch - Steel Soldier Armor where you needed to complete the quest to craft the armor.

Fixes an issue with the individual Unofficial Skyrim Creation Club Content Patch - Steel Soldier Armor where you needed to complete the quest to craft the armor.  Now you can craft it whenever you have the associated smithing perk.  

This was made with the individual patch files from the Unofficial Skyrim Creation Club Content Patch mod, but may work with the all-in-one version as well.
