Unless you want this specific area for whatever reason, I highly recommend you download FX Glow Remover BOS instead. I planned on doing the same thing but someone seems to have beaten me to it!
You're welcome! Though, I recommend you download FX Glow Remover BOS instead of using my mod, as it does the same thing but with the entirety of Skyrim.
Don't discount location specific application, Blackreach for instance. I like the glow around the sun. In Whiterun I prefer a glow around the wall braziers at night.
