Serana's stats aren't changed, only her level maximum level cap which you can adjust to your liking in the ini. And if you don't want any change to her, just open the .ini and delete the line about Serana.
Quick question, how could I remove a certain npc's edit? I use other mod to modify serana and I'm not willing to change, do I just delete serana's line from ini setting?
