Several tweaks to mage followers: spells, perks, class adjustments.

More perks, more appropriate classes that reflect NPCs' skills and a bunch of spells when necessary, as well as higher level caps. All changes are described below.
Brelyna Maryon
In vanilla, Brelyna uses the Mystic class: this class favors Illusion over Destruction. Since Brelyna comes with Destruction spells, she's been set to use the CombatMageConjurer class.

Illia
Illia is a mage specialized in Frost, as such she mostly gets perks and spells aimed to accentuate her affinity with ice magic. Lightning Bolt is there so that she's not entirely clueless against things immune to frost.

J'Zargo
Also known as the Unleveled One. Before DLC followers like Durak, Celann, Ingjard and Frea, he was the only one whose level would increase without limit. His uniqueness did not end there: he's the only follower that knows the spells Paralyze, Fury and Soul Trap.
Sadly, there are a bunch of inconsistencies with him: he wears Novice Robes of Conjuration, but knows no Conjuration spells; and he uses the Sorcerer class, which makes him prolificient in Heavy Armor and One-Handed rather than Conjuration and Alteration. This has been addressed: he now uses the CombatMageElemental class. A few non-Destruction spells have been added to him, and the mod ensures that he remains without level cap in case another mod of yours changes this.

Onmund
Onmund is another weird one: he has only two perks, but comes with a remarkable Chain Lightning spell and Invisibility. Like J'Zargo, he was set to use the Sorcerer class, so I changed it to CombatMageElemental. With this mod, Onmund is mostly oriented toward Shock magic, to reflect his vanilla setup. Flames, Frostbite, Sparks and Turn Undead are used by him only when practicing inside the Hall of the Elements: now these are part of his standard arsenal.

Erandur
As Sylgia hints, he's the one that healed her. Bit unfortunate that, in vanilla, he knows no healing spells whatsoever. As if this wasn't enough, his Priest class prevented him from being prolificient in One-Handed and Destruction, his offensive tools. All of this is addressed: Erandur gets a custom class that favors One-Handed, Destruction and Restoration. Not sure if this will make him a worthy choice over the staff given whatever artifact mod you may be using, but at least he's better than vanilla now.

Talvas Fathyrion
Talvas is a bit unique among all followers in Skyrim: he's set to use a static level of 25. Don't let this fool you, he's rather good in vanilla since he has many perks. Of course, since Solstheim also gives you Frea, Ralis and Teldryn Sero, Talvas needed something extra to shine: he's now a powerful summoner thanks to Twin Souls and Elemental Potency.

Aranea Ienith
Alteration, Destruction, Conjuration, Restoration spells: Aranea's got them all in vanilla. But, since you need to sacrifice the amazing Black Star to have her as follower, some additions were in order.

Eola
Eola comes with spells from all schools, but her Nightblade class doesn't favor Restoration and Conjuration: in order to account for this, she gets a custom class that allows her to be prolificient in those schools and Illusion, too, since she's seen using Invisibility in the Halls of the Dead. All her new additions, as well as Thunderbolt and Incinerate that she knows in vanilla, make Eola a rather complete and powerful follower: I might agree to eat Verulus next time.

Serana
Serana gets a nice new Summon Gargoyle Brute spell and Paralysis. Do note that her gargoyle is slightly weaker than the average Gargoyle Brute you may fight throughout Dawnguard, but it's ok, she can summon two of them. The Dark Souls perk will ensure that whatever skeever she reanimates gets +100 in magicka, health and stamina.

Compatibility
Thanks to the power of SkyPatcher, compatibility is guaranteed: NPC records aren't touched, so this is compatible with everything.
I recommend using NPC Spell Variance - Spell Variety AI to improve how NPCs handle their magic arsenal. It also necessary to let NPCs use Runes and Soul Trap.
