Description
Adds 1 new destruction spell The Void's Draw. This spell randomly draws in nearby npcs and deals 10 tick damage to them over the duration of its effect. Distributed via spell tomes to appropriately leveled vendors and with SPID to npcs as well.
Requirements
ENB or Community Shaders. Not need for it to work but for it to look good in my case I use ENB N.A.T III
