There is an error in the original mod v1.1 that can cause a crash when starting the game. This is a tentative fix.

Only for v1.1! Do not use it on v1.0 and future updates!
Actually, I don't know how to use CK, so I just roughly removed the erroneous Effects and related references of Perk where the error occurred.
As a result, I tried launching the game more than ten times and used various executions without crashing.
But I'm still not sure if it works for everyone.
So if you try it, please let me know if it works for you.
Also, because the error occurred in the original ESP, I cannot create a new plugin to fix it, So this fix will replace the original ESP.
But I think switching between the original ESP and the fixed ESP should be safe.
