First of all, I love the work you did and I hope it doesn't sound mean-spirited (English is my third language). I use mods that distribute clothes to NPCs and I've seen naked NPCs sometimes but never one that reverts NPCs to their vanilla faces (all npcs in the description) . I guess I can fix that in ssedit, but what is the point then.

Nothing, I just want you to know that your distribution is problematic when interacting with other mods and for those who encounter this problem don't rack their brains looking for the culprit mod.
I think they're saying that your mod for some reason changes npcs faces back to vanilla instead of the modded npc overhauls they have. I haven't personally tested this mod out yet myself but my guess is simply loading the npc replacer after Proprietor would work fine
This is extremely well done; thank you! This is apparently a hot take :P but I also appreciate the simplicity of it and not requiring SPID and Skypatcher as I prefer to do my own patching.
Your mods are always so underrated, bro. I hate how the only mods getting attention are always those lore-breaking skimpy female outfits. We need more vanilla clothes like this, dammit!
You can fix this easily by using SSE edit. Open both mods in SSE edit and drag and drop the values you want from each mod to be the same on both. So the clothing data from this mod, with the face data of northborne npcs, and make northborne load after this mod, that should do the trick.
I've had a look now, and its a lovely model, but I do have a few comments/questions: 1) Its extremely high poly-count. Its a ~39k vertices mesh. For comparison, the most complex mesh in Cathedral Armory is the heavy stahlrim armor, at ~6k vertices. Partly, that's because there are layers and folds, but checking the mesh in Nifskope, I think it should be possible to smoothe it with no or next to no loos of visual quality. That would help users who (like myself) are pushing their GPUs to the limit. 2) There are two versions of the dress in the download, one in a folder labelled "original". As far as I can tell, they're visually identical? 3) The strap that lifts the right side of the dress is cloth. That looks fine, but if its meant to be leather, then it needs a fix.
Having said all that, it really is a gorgeous model :)

P.S. that was very mean of you mod author sir.
Can I ask: why/how is the outer dress folded up on her right side? I can't quite tell from the pictures.
