great reshade, thanks a lot! newest reshade version works perfect, just be sure to tick legacy standard effects as well in the setup; to whoever it may concern. i gave up on the enbs, 30fps is NOT acceptable in 2022\2023 X D
If I could endorse this a million times, I would! The ENB I was using previously was dropping my frame rate from 58-ish to 44/42, and while looking for an alternative, I was reminded of ReShade. I've never tried it before, but I'm in love with this preset! Still in the middle of setting up my preferred load order for this playthrough, but here are some test screenshots:

This mod doesn't contain any executables or scripts, or even an Elder Scrolls plugin (ESP) file. It consists of an INI file to configure the settings for ReShade. Besides, the Nexus automatically passes everything uploaded onto this websites through VirusTotal. Have a look at the Files tab, and click the green checkmark to see to the VirusTotal report.

If a website other than reshade.me is used to download ReShade...the authenticity of the file should be questionable. You should only download from the official source. Also, ReShade has available as open source for over a year now, making the code for the file hosted at reshade.me publicly available. If you take a look at the download instructions on that website, it states, "Do NOT share the binaries or shader files. Link users to this website instead."
With that being said, the OP likely encountered what is called a "false positive". It's not unusual for post-processing injectors.
I went to download this mod and it said I needed various other mods. OK that's fine, but two of the required mods apparently conflict with each other. Among the other requirements it says you need Enhanced Lighting for ENB (ELE) - Special Edition and Realistic Lighting Overhaul SSE.
Enhanced Lighting for ENB says - - Not compatible - Realistic Lighting Overhaul
Enhanced Lighting for ENB (ELE) has the note of "optional file for the interiors, install after RLO, load order after RLO". None of the mods listed as required are actually required. If you want your graphics to look as closely to those in the screenshots, they are needed. The only true base requirement is that you install ReShade.
hey, i copied the content into my skyrim folder but it wont load up the reshade shaders, something is wrong with your folder. Because when i download the reshade installer and let it install its shaders it works.
figured it out.. change anything that has his file path in it: like EffectSearchPaths=E.... to your drive/game like mine is set to: EffectSearchPaths=X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\reshade-shaders\Shaders
