Magic hand lights cast lights but unfortunately this works only for some effects in first person, for example fire spells work but shield spells do not.
After some testing I realized that the engine can not handle 'AttachLight' nodes correctly in first person. When removing the `AttachLight` node, the light is just placed at the center of the mesh and the light works in first person.
Vanilla has another limitation, the lights only affect the first person body. Community Shader and Light Limit Fix fixes this.
