Bug fix: Debuff design caused many bugs, temporarily removed. (Amazing Bethesda) - Armor rating Debuff stages accumulation is abnormal. - Wrong mult for Damage scale feature (player) - and other magiceffect mult incorrect.
Mechanism Adjustment: If two hits occur within 0.15 seconds, will be ignored for Armor Rating Debuff & Combo Stage Reset Check. - Visually, a single hit may be registered as multiple hits by the engine for Weapon Magic Effect or Enchantment Classic Bethesda magic.
