The story is interesting, but I think, Arngeir wouldn't approve Ulfric's decision. I would see it more as Ulfric's defiance after the Greybeards have tought him the Unrelenting Force shout. Ulfric decided to quit their teachings - The Way of the Voice (he doesn't really seem to follow it, does he?) and somehow found the ring, rather than got it gifted by Arngeir. Anyway a nice mod.
great idea. I did the same thing and called it the ring of jurgen windcaller or windcallers ring. bethesda should have put that into game. misspelled Tiber in files section.
