About this mod
!!!WARNING!!!
THIS MOD IS IN VERY EARLY ALPHA.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH CONSOLE COMMANDS AND DO NOT WANT TO EXPERIENCE SUDDEN RANDOM CRASHES
This is a huge DLC sized new lands mod that for now is just an explorable landmass, but with time I hope to develop into a full mod with quests and storylines.

THERE BE BUGS AND CRASHES!!
no but seriously, I'm just one guy (at the moment) trying to make something the size of Skyrim. I bit off more than I could chew, but I find a sort of relaxing meditation in this work, and sometimes that Zen excludes details that might break the game. Navmesh is very minimal, so no followers allowed (at the very least dismiss them first) You may find dozens of floating trees and plants, terrain defects and open gaps in meshes, if you feel so inclined you can screen shot them with a map location and that'll help me fix them, but for now just know they won't break the game. At least I hope.

To visit the Whalestone Isles you can use one of two methods
1. console command (at start of game menu recommended as to not break your save file)
~ coc whalestoneislesstart01
2. Travel in Skyrim
North of Solitude there should be a map marker for a longboat ship wreck. You can find a hatch on the longboat where upon entering should take you to the same cell as the console command. The map marker should be visible on every map.
x. I'm working on a 3rd method that doesn't shipwreck you on the island by writing an actual sailor transport, but I ran into issues for now it's been axed.

The story of this place is one of which is lost to the oceans of memory, an inconsequential struggle in which you may find yourself squeezing between the gods to shore your own survival. The lore so far:
Duringthe great migration, the Atmorans spread across Nirn in a variety of
ways. The earliest of Atmorans were what are now known as giants,
lumbering humanoid who roam the plains of Skyrim and other provinces
with their prehistoric livestock. One such type of Atmoran, the
Yorkiin, were a seafaring people. They traveled on rafts constructed
of woven roots and mats of buoyant moss and emergent flora. Some say
they traveled on the backs of great whales who they could speak to,
and with the roots and leaves of their rafts they fed the whales, and
the whales fed them with plentiful bounties of fish and resources,
magicka and wisdom.
TheYorkiin were a great few people, they traveled the seas of ghosts
through misty ice fields, the southern waters in turbulent storms,
and circumnavigated Nirn from Tamriel to Akaviir. All while being
entirely unknown to the whims of Imperial or Dominion subjugation.
Not much is known of the Great Whales, and even less is known about
the Yorkiin. A great humming envelopes the seas, and you are upon
its mercy. Will you sing along, or will you hum your own whale song?
