Adds new shields that can be disenchanted and used on any other shield you like!

Udate 1.1 Placed each shield once inside the world.
My shield enchantments SE
- Healing Blockade - If an attack is blocked there is a chance that you will receive a healing effect.
- Lightning Blockade - If an attack is blocked your enemy will be shocked and staggers.
- Burning Blockade - If an attack is blocked it will set your enemy on fire and make them flee.
- Chilling Blockade - If you block an attack your enemy will freeze into solid ice increasing his resistance for that time.

- Soul Trapping Blockade - If you block an attack and then attack with your shield within a few seconds Soul Trap will be cast on your victim.
each of these effects have a 10% chance to trigger except for the soul trap which will always work :3
the Spell amplifying Amulet will increase the effectiveness of each enchantment as well as increasing the chance to trigger each effect by 10%.
this is a list with towns each containing one of these shields:

The shields should randomly drop after you reach lvl 5.
You can disenchant it and use it on any other shield.
