Somnolent Nook got updated by the author. So, i did new patch for my game. There's a letter on the tray, when you arrive to the door. Open it and you can purchase the home. I added little bit of backstory there as well.
Backstory
I had no choice but to leave. I thought I could stay ahead, that I could make things right—but in Riften, debts are never truly forgotten. Staying meant waiting for a blade in the dark. So I’m cutting my losses and moving on. If you want the place, drop 1500 septims into the pot on the table. Bolli will handle the rest.
