    Is it supposed to be a perk point for each radiant quest, or is it 1 point after a few quests?
    Just I don't seem to be getting any so far. Done a few kill bandit/giant, turn in head and get gold reward as normal but no perk points.

      This may be because another mod overwrites the script of this mod. The perk should be acquired immediately after completing the radiant quest.
