If anyone would be interested in a 256x256 k version with a very efficient lowpoly mesh, please write, I am preparing a version that I think will be even better than 4k, big changes, better metal and wood shine, big change in construction. three times more efficient mesh and 5x more efficient textures.
Very nice model as usual, all the imperfections you put in really tell a story. Also very interested in this extra efficient version, being able to create such detailed models that are optimized and as good as or better than 4k High-poly models is such a flex in my opinion.
hey, I have quite good material, so I will change UV to twice as big in version 256, I think it will give great quality effect, about 20 to 30 percent better than in 2k, and at the same time it will be maximum efficiency of texture and mesh, thank you for kind words, best regards !!
in these dungeons there is strange lighting, it caused me a lot of trouble in adjusting the texture, basically everything looks bad there and it takes a real feat to adjust the texture contrast color lighting gloss, just see that on one side the door is light on the other very dark depending on the enb it will look better or worse, the doors can be too light or too dark, each enb has a different gloss setting, so I can't even set a realistic metal gloss because it will be ok on one enb and too shiny on the next 20, I would have to make only a model for a specific enb then you can achieve some realism of the textures otherwise it is only a fairly systematic lottery, as a curiosity I will tell you that I had to enter the game and exit about hundreds of times to finally achieve the effect I wanted (not exactly) heh :)
I use Rudy ENB SE for Cathedral Weathers, I like how the world looks with it. Too light and shiny, not for me. I love that everything has a trace of time; in the world of Skyrim there can be nothing new except cooked food, bread, vegetables or plants. That's why your models are very close to my spirit.
I started in PS and 3DsMax and that's how it stayed with me to this day, but I recommend Gimp and Blender, they have a lot of support, plugins, scripts, etc. are mega-extensive, unless you plan to do very serious things, animations, building large projects, so 3DsMax is unmatched
