I am not sure which bed replacer is the issue as I use all of your mods. I went into Old Hroldan Inn and Tiber Septims bed is missing. Nothing showing there at all. I mean there is no mesh when I try to see it through the console. I slept on the floor where it is supposed to be. I don't know how to find if a replacer is the issue as this is an unmodded location. I selected this replacer mod to post as the single bed next to it is from this mod. I will try to search some more but would appreciate any assistance. I cannot proceed with the quest as I can't sleep in his bed. Thanks.
This mod shouldn't add or remove beds, just replace the mesh. Did the bed show up with the mod disabled? Did you get this issue resolved? Sorry it took so long to respond :/
I'm sorry but I didn't try to test. It was simply new to me to have a bed missing. I will definitely test disabling next time I'm in game. I forget to try that. Thank you. (hug)
It was not your mod. It was simply a game bug that was fixed by this mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/48083 The bed looks perfect like it should. Sorry for the bug report.
Under Miscellaneous files, there is a file "BOS Dwellings Only" (Inns and dwellings only; no caves, shacks, mines, dungeons etc. Overwrites BOS Color Variance).
How would such a file look like for the "Rustic Repose - BOS Distributed" version? In its "Rustic Repose - BOS Distributed_SWAP.ini", there are two [Forms] sections.
The BOS Distributed option distributes both Peasant Dreams and Rustic Repose Beds, hence the two [Forms] sections. Looking at the location IDs in Rustic Repose - BOS Distributed_SWAP.ini I think it should only affect inns and dwellings already. So caves, shacks, mines, dungeons etc should keep their vanilla models.
Thank you for your prompt reply! I was asking because it seems that for example in Riften Prison, the vanilla common bed is swapped out by "Rustic Repose - BOS Distributed" as shown here in console: https://imgur.com/a/eMaXYs3
how to exlcude certain areas like night caller temple? they have these fancy beds which is dope i want em to be comfy but the beds stand out from their evil lair lmao
I seem to have umm, two beds inside each other at Hjerim in Windhelm o,o. One is from this mod with the BOS color variance that also distributes Peasant Dreams to upper class, and the other is referenced by the Interesting NPCs mod O.o I also have double chairs in that one bedroom but clicks on them detect the lantern on the table being from Lux, but that's another issue. Any ideas for the two beds issue? D:
Am I missing something? It seems the Spooning patch only covers the Rustic Repose beds, not the additional beds from Distributed Variance (the Peasant Dream ones)?
I just tested in-game and the three Peasant Dreams beds in the COTN Windpeak Inn are where they should be, not sure what could be causing them to be missing but I'm pretty sure it's not this mod
They both replace common beds, so if you want both use Rustic Repose - BOS Distributed which distributes Rustic Repose and Peasant Dreams beds depending on location. You can also use Rustic Repose BOS Color Variance + Peasant Dreams Upper Class BOS Color Variance if you prefer to have Peasant Dreams replace upper class beds instead.

Is it considered safe to install mid-playthrough?
May I ask what ENB/ReShade do you use?
