   I only own breezehome right now but for some reason it wont work. I dont see any mods that change breezehome specifically, I followed making a new save and all but still didnt change anything :(

      Is this mod enabled on your mod manager? Please check if it is enabled, then you can acess the homes before loading any save. On title screen, open the console and type one of these lines:
      coc whiterunbreezehome
      coc riftenhoneyside
      coc solitudeproudspiremanor
      
      You can go from one home to another, dont need to come back to title screen.

   Is the Breezehome basement in the same cell or a new one?
