This simple tweak disables eye adaption and bloom.
It also fixes bad contrast settings which causes bad black crush.





The esp fixes a loading screen contrast issue and will automatically apply the ini settings.

If you do not want wish to change contrast settings but still want to disable eye adaption and bloom then add these to your SkyrimCustom.ini
