   Her weight should be 45, not the 100 in the esp here. That's likely why some people are getting neck seams. From a very rapid test, it appears you need a new game with the proper weight (45) in order to not have a seam. Just changing the weight for an existing save doesn't seem to fix it.

      The above comment nearly reached the solution. Here is how to fix the neck seam:
      -target her in the console
      -setnpcweight 45
      -disable
      -enable
      This should resolve the neck seam gap issue.

   I'm also getting a break in the neck. it looks as if the neck is not connected to the body.

   I'm getting a break in the neck, around the clavicle area. Any idea how to fix this?
