The cloth vanilla armor wouldn't produce any protection in reality. I thought the Ebony armor that is silver, burgundy, and yellow would suit them the best as for colors or the black, burgundy, and yellow. I got the black variant but will switch to whatever you do If you decide to do this. And thanks for the nice remakes.😎
Oh, if you want, of course, can't have enough armor and weapons. I was asking if you could SPID the Ebony Reforged possibly the Phoenix Armor to Redguard who would wear the cloth vanilla Red Guard armor.
No harm in asking, but that is the kind of personalized, simple mod that I would encourage someone to learn to use the Creation Kit for :) It's nice to be able to tweak other mods to your own preferences.
Download and extract the file. You will have four folders, named after the retextures I made (Phoenix, Third Era, etc). Open the folder you want, copy the Textures folder inside it, and paste the Textures folder into your Skyrim data folder.
wanting to make a plugin/patch for aMidianBorn Content Addon to add in your variants as standalone armors/weapons, would i be able to have your permission to do so?
Someone else already made a standalone version, but if you want to make your own as part of OWL you can go ahead :) And if modding is getting stressful take it easy, take a little break.
I'm adding meshes from LeanWolf, Believable Weapons, and Ebony Edge for variety. I'm putting the textures on the meshes now, and I'm flabbergasted at how good they look on them, even in the low resolution preview box that the creation kit uses.
Thanks. They're simple retextures, but I was very meticulous in making them. I manually selected every little part of the original textures for recolouring, including all those squiggly patterns on the weapons. It took me quite a bit of time to finish the whole set
