    The Ice portion of this mod doesn't seem to be working. The shout's cooldown values are still at base game's values. Yet the fire shout works as intended with the level 1 cooldown reduced to 10 seconds. Any thoughts?

    People should be aware that this mod negates the freezing boon you get from the 'Dragonborn Frost' passive effect.
