As you can see in the pictures, a big point of pbr in skyrim is to make what we see ingame be as close to possible as to what it looks like in whatever software that we made it (in pbr metallic pipeline obviously) without doing extra steps like baking AO in the diffuse, darkening the diffuse so with using a cubemap we can make metals shine, etc.
You just grab the albedo (color), normal, displacement, roughness, metal and AO, turn them into dds and use it ingame. A more detailed explanation is in the pbr wiki.
For now I have just made 3 of them (two tables and one chair), will add more when I get the time and energy to make more.
