Adds a very unique texture to the "Wanted Maniac" note on the missives board
A homage to dabiggieboss the modlist Maniac, author of Lorerim. This man has created an amazing list and I felt he should quite literally be a part of it.
I've personally been through a tough time lately and biggie's list and the distraction of helping make mods for it has helped me get through it, he really is a great human being. Big thanks for allowing me to be a part of it.
