    Wow making Bacchus trans is brilliant and deliciously unsettling. Great idea!

      No. Please read the mod description, it is answered: "Gives the NPCs added by Mythos (except for Karna and Bacchus) an appearance overhaul".

      The Dunmer in the first picture is Matriarch Athila - someone who appears during the quest line.

    Is this compatible with ezPG? I thought Mythos had long been rolled into that one.

      No, it's not. Mythos has been rolled into that, but the standalone still works which is the one I use as I don't want the other stuff.
