Certain tweaks to the "capstone" perks correlating to attribute regeneration from the mod Adamant.

These are some tweaks to three perks from the mod Adamant and its addon, Hand to Hand. Formerly, they provided double regeneration under 50% of an attribute, but now they do so without this added condition.
Invincible (100): Your Health regenerates twice as fast while wearing a Heavy Armor chestpiece.
Magicka Well (100): Your Magicka regenerates twice as fast while not wearing Heavy or Light Armor chestpieces.
Second Wind (100): Your Stamina regenerates twice as fast while wearing a Light Armor chestpiece.
"But Curtain, why would you do this?" Because the descriptions of the original perks were too long.
