   What about half again as fast + additional damage reduction instead of 200% health regen for heavy chestplate? Bit OP atm, I think.

      I know full well that this is broken when removing the half health condition, as does Simon. However I went ahead with this anyway because I got a dopamine rush when I saw my attributes regenerate at Mach 5 and decided to offer this option to other people too :P
