Can you just make an alternate version of this that doesnt use the creation club armor. The amount of money i have to pay to use this mod is horrific. Frankly A lot of these masters don't even make sense. Why do I need a homestead creation club addon to play as a goblin? i looked at all the masters for this mod and in total i'd have to spend over ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS just to use this mod. This is heartbreaking as ive been waiting for a mod like this for so many years. Please have responsibility as a mod owner and look at what your mod actually requires in order to use, and at the bare minimum make an alternate file for SE users that dont have all creation content.
I really don't mean to come off as rude. I've just been waiting for a mod like this ever since the mihail goblin race mod broke over half a decade ago. I want goblin gameplay so bad...
Alright, if you can give me time, I'll see what I can do.
You will still need AE DLC, though. Not just because there are dependencies, but legally, I have to include it. Because if I used the assets, I would need to link them as a requirement. You don't need to buy the individual CC content. You only need the Anniversary Edition patch. Thats only between 25$ and 30$ on Steam.
Now, you are right, there are too many dependencies, and I should probably remove the masters so it's not a hard requirement. There are still some things like the Backpack and Survival because they use mechanics from them, but I can get rid of a majority of the masters.
OKAY, I think I fixed it. I hate figuring out scripts. But the followers work again.
NEVER ASK ME TO REMOVE ANYTHING AGAIN! This thing is held together with duct tape, spray paint, and miracles
(edit) nvm It's still broken
(edit) Okay... I tested it multiple times. It seems to work. I uploaded and downloaded it again to test it. It seems to be working. No invisible goblins, no broken follower commands.
For the love of Beelzebub, DO NOT MAKE ME REMOVE ANYTHING AGAIN!!!!
Thank you so much for your incredible work <3 its honestly astounding it took this long for this mod to become real but you did it and damn it is good. Now I just need to pray that someone out there makes an addon for Campfire that adds a riekling hut as a tent and the skyrim gremlin experience shall be fully complete
the forsworn tents in that are nice but they have a bunch of extra decorated stuff. I did just find this however, which is actually so perfect i shed a single tear....
Can you do me a quick favor and explain to me why ALL the CC mods are needed? I usually disable all the ones I dont need for performance and compatibility reasons. And if there are any that arent strictly necessary, which ones?
It's because of armor compatibility. The race isn't flagged for default armor, so armor that isn't tagged for the race won't show up. I think the only necessary ones are all of the armor and equipables. The main ones are the backpacks, survival, and obviously goblins. I haven't tested the majority without the other DLC
Sorry, it's so annoying. I got frustrated with AE armors not showing up. I need to figure out the default body nonsense. I'm just extremely tired right now.
I use this mod to roleplay with Mantella, we are a band of Goblins and... s#*!, they just call me clumsy while we laugh at everyone and every human... . It's very entertaining to play it like this, I hope you continue with the mod in the future
Heads up this mod affects the skin tone for Breton & Nord women for some reason, turns like half of the presets purple. I don't know if this affects NPCs just something I noticed in the character creator.
Thanks 4 making this mod. Not many mods for a Goblin race on the SENexus for some reason. 50 gajillion "Werewolf" race mods or mods that are just the vanilla races but recolored. Lest we also forget all the races that are just normal humans with texture mapping for silky-smooth anime bodies. It does feel like a shame though that it's unique body means that I cannot use any modded clothing or armor cus it just makes it invisible. I think all I have now is the Creation Club armors for a goblin adventuer lol.
I need to figure out how to turn the mod into a master file so folks can easily make patches for it for their custom armor. I never got the hang of tesEdit or Xedit, and I don't know if I'm going to have time to do it.

As I've said, I don't think I can legally make a stand-alone because it uses CC content assets
