    the ParallaxGen - Dynamic Mesh Patcher is for non users of ENB?

      It's for CS users to apply PBR textures on vanilla meshes. Since there's no way I could include all meshes using those textures, and PBR textures require different texture paths, the only way is ParallaxGen.
