1. Follow the instructions before commenting that something is wrong, If your game wont start then you probably didnt extract the BSA file into loose files, if your not seeing any change ingame then you need to fix your load order or save the oldrim ESP in the CK64.

What? No. They're both Vampire overhauls. 1. Conflict, never use them together unless they're similar enough to develop a patch. (Like Sacrosanct and Better Vampires. But both mod authors still advise you not too.)
I get an integrity error message on installing Sacrosanct that says it's conflicting with this mod's playervampirequestscript.pex script file. What can be done about this? I see there's an Oldrim compatibility patch for the two https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/81448 . Any ideas? Hey, I was just thinking that if you unpack Sacrosanct's BSA file and make sure that it is overwriting Vampiric Thirst that this will likely fix the issue without the use of an old compatibility patch!
Also, do we not need to optimize the meshes when converting the Oldrim version for installation? Actually only one was optimized when I ran the meshes through, ashpile01.nif Hope that's Ok to do. Any idea? Thanks
I did everything the instructions asked me to, i opened the oldrim VT and saved (which apparently did nothing lol...) extracted the oldrim BSA and placed those folders into SE's data folder and overwrote, but now skyrim just refuses to even load, not even black screen then CTD just steam shows i started playing it, then it shuts off, im at a loss now what to do :c can anyone help?
I would love this, and I'm sure anyone who can't live without requiem would too. It actually references requiem in game, which got me thinking maybe it was already made compatible with requiem (under the resistance to healing option) but I think it's buggy because regardless of how much I feed (whether draining a sleeping target or taking the blood off a corpse) I don't get ANY health. Insanely difficult.
From what I know the original mod author was also a Requiem user so any references to Requiem just might be some dirty edits she never got around to taking care of. Anyways, I would also like for VT to be made compatible with Requiem when it finally comes to SE. There's already an official patch on the old VT page so maybe someone who knows what they're doing could port it over.
I use this mod with requiem 3.4 (and minor arcana, dragonborn patches and all other requiem stuff)- You have to put Vampiric Thirst below all requiem stuff. You will not get HP buff from requiem, but You can add it easy.
Is there any reason this is a more stripped down version of the LE version? I converted the LE version for my own personal use and i've had no problems at all having it function (my main issue for doing so was I much preferred your version of having sunlight burn damage at every level with the option to hide in the shade - the sun should be something to fear!)
On a different note, one thing I could never figure out was adding new spells from other mods and tying them to VT so that they drain blood when used. The back end of VT seems complex, but in the off chance you have any idea can you help?

Edit: Nevermind, that's intentional. You have to earn it according to the MCM.
