If you ever return to this mod, I have small request. Could you make version with full finger gloves and patch that "hole" between gauntlets and body armor? Exposed skin don't help in cold Skyrim, especially in the northern part... during winter...
Amazing armor, one of the few good ones on this site. From what I've seen all your armors released are absolutely top shelf quality that would have a permanent place in my LO. I'm playing Skyrim as a roguelike with randomly rolled up characters, so I'd like to see some female versions and bodyslide conversions for this to fully fit my setup (for anyone reading, that'd be 3BA, thank you very much).
Your armors keep my faith in the survival of oldschool-like RPG players as a whole. lol May I suggest you take a look at the armors from the Gothic series (2001, 2002, 2006)? I would also suggest the games themselves for the atmosphere. This armor somewhat reminded me of the "heavy mercenary armor".
Thanks you, glad you get what I'm trying to do! When i get a moment I will see if I can do female versions. I would have to see if some else would the 3BA convert etc... as I don't use of these body replacers.
Very amazing piece of armor. Could you upload an optional ESP file version? I downloaded your actual ESL version, but after that, the armor just did not appear at the steel section of the forge. By the way, I downloaded your dragon hunter armor, (best Dragonbone armor of Skyrim indeed), some months ago, and never had a problem with that mod which is working perfectly. Thanks for your good work and kindness for sharing it with the Skyrim community. Best wishes for you and you family for the new year. I hope that with your "Barbarian Steel Heavy Armor", the brave and glorious "Dragonborn" hero will eradicate once and for all from Skyrim the evil that actually threatens its very existence. "Talos bless you and you family of renowned smithing workers". Dragonborn New Year Shout: "TAR YUL JAR" Translation: "Kill Them All With Barbarian Strike". One request if it is not much to ask for: Could you make a standalone one-handed sword (like the Dragon Hunter Greatsword version you did) so I can use it with your armors? That is because my character is a one handed bulky heavy Nord and I do not fight with two-handed weapons. I have always liked to combine the use of swords and shields. I could use another sword (there are plenty in the game) but yours fit better with your armors.
Hi, not sure ive got still esp... I will have a look. No idea why it wont work unless you're using an older or rolled back version, this sometimes causes issues. Glad you like dragon hunter, it is one of my favorites! I will have a look at the one handed sword, but they can be tricky to get working so no promises!
Man, this mod is simply very good, it didn't take more than two days to become my favorite armor mod, but I identified a small glitch on the chest near the chest plate, which has no texture, it's a small glitch, but for those who have a closer look it ends up bothering a little. Another glitch I found was on the neck when equipping the helmet, the chainmail has a failed texture, as if it were entering the neck. Other than that, I really liked the mod
it's NeVerMind:) I just said that the file was "uploading to our [Nexus's] CDN servers" for over 24 hours for some reason and I couldn't download it, but it's fine now
God, i love all your mods, gives variations to all the vanilla armors and immersion because all of them have sleeves (thanks for that, im in skyrim, one of the coldest places of Nirn) and they are so badass, i use all of them on me and my followers and there is epicity everywhere! thank you for this!
Hey bud just wanted to leave a comment, I've been paying some atention to your mods for a while and honestly there aren't many folks out there who manage to make cool armor mods that feel like they could be part of the original game like you do. Your stuff is genuinely impressive and I honestly can't wait to see what's coming up next because your mods scratch an itch I've add for years regarding skyrim modding. Keep it up
Really appreciated, thats exactly why Im doing it as I couldn't find the amor I wanted and didnt want to change the aesthetic of the game! really glad you like em!

The pictures don't do it justice imho, looking forward to using this on my next heavy playthrough!
Thank you!
