Nice effort but I don't think A REGULAR ARMY (like the Imperials) would have... 2-handed large weapons. These weapons are for SOLO HEROES, not for soldiers.
No, 2 handed weapons were part of battlefield combat quite often. Not just longswords either, but full zweihanders. Not usually in the roman era, but this... isn't real. shocking I know.
Even in the roman era there were armies that used 2h weaponry.
Romans had fought the dacians which had A REGULAR ARMY with 2-handed swords that scared the crap out of the romans. Granted not every dacian warrior had a 2h falx (some had 1h versions worn with shields or straight 1h swords) but that does not change the fact that they had units of soldiers wielding 2h weapons. (2h)Falx warriors may have been elite soldiers but were still part of A REGULAR ARMY.
Downloaded this because i was not satisfied with the lack of 2 handed imperial weapons. the only one in game is the Champions Cudgel in the dragonborn dlc. can't find a mod that adds that to be crafted but found your greatsword... that said the pattern looks good but the one i made has no textures??! it is light blue. the normal 1 hander looks fine but the big boy does not. is there a fix?!
You can't have a replacer for this because there is no Imperial greatsword in the game. That's why I made this in the first place: to add an imperial greatsword that would match the 1h sword.
